How much does lawn care cost in Colorado Springs?

Electric vs gas lawn care: what is the difference?
Gas crews are loud. Kaleo runs all-electric EGO equipment so a visit stays quiet enough that you should not know we came until you look out the window. That is a neighbor and HOA argument, not an environmental one.
Why a seasonal lawn care contract?
Per-visit pricing pays for mows and turns everything else into a line item. Kaleo prices the season as one number agreed before we start, covering what the property needs, with no invoices mid-year.
When does the Front Range lawn season run?
Along the Front Range the growing season is the unit of work: weekly mowing while turf is growing, fertilizer timed so spring feeds what July demands, and spring startup plus fall blowout on the irrigation calendar. Exact timing depends on the property and the year.
Is quiet electric lawn care better for HOAs?

Weekly mow, trim and blow through the growing season, with beds edged every other week.
Lawn Fertilization
Four applications a year, timed so April feeds what the turf has to survive in July.
Aeration and Dethatching
Power raking twice a year in preparation for fertilizer, and aeration to open compacted Front Range soil.
Sprinkler Startup and Blowout
Spring startups and winter blowouts, both scheduled into the season rather than remembered in a panic.
Irrigation Repair
Sprinkler replacement and adjustment, plus minor irrigation line repairs, handled inside the agreement.
Weed Control
Weeds in rock beds pulled and sprayed throughout the year, with shrubs pruned twice a season.
Spring and Fall Cleanup
Leaves and pine needles collected across the spring and fall seasons.
Dog Waste Removal
Collected and left in a bag on the back porch before each mow, so the crew never mows over it.
